Established in 2022 under the Compass Education and Career Foundation, Mentor Portal supports students of all ages—ranging from kindergarten to university—by offering guidance and opportunities for growth. Our mission is simple: to help students excel academically, grow socially, and find a sense of purpose in their lives. Through mentorship programs, classes, and hands-on projects, we aim to build a community of future leaders who are ready to make a difference.
At Mentor Portal, mentorship is at the heart of what we do. We encourage high school and university students to take on teaching and mentorship roles, helping younger peers navigate challenges and discover their potential. These roles not only inspire younger students but also give mentors the chance to develop essential leadership and communication skills.
