The 2025 West Platform Civic Convention brought together more than 200 Hizmet volunteers and community leaders from across 13 Western states for a weekend of reflection, collaboration, and forward planning. Hosted at Embassy Suites Milpitas and BAYCC, the gathering carried the theme Legacy in Action: Building Hizmet’s Future.

Building Bridges Through Culture & Dialogue

Bay Area Cultural Connections (BAYCC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering mutual understanding, respect, and collaboration among diverse communities. Founded in 2002 by volunteers from various professions, BAYCC leverages cultural exchange, education, and dialogue to strengthen community ties and inspire unity in diversity.
