BAYCC, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Congregation Beth Jacob, Pacifica Institute, and Silicon Valley Iterriligous Council joined hands in organizing an Interfaith Vigil and Thanksgiving Dinner on 20th November. Faith leaders representing Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Jainism prayed for peace in the Middle East and the World. Speakers also thanked God for the bounty of rain California was bestowed last season. A large group of youth from three faith houses volunteered for the setup, childcare, decoration, and meal service event. Youth musicians also performed on the occasion.
