Compassion Week Service Fest

Compassion Week encourages individuals, groups and families to engage in acts of service in partnership with multiple local faith communities and sponsors with a mission of building a strong, compassionate, and empathetic community. As one of the partners at Compassion Week, Pacifica Institute and BayCC is excited to host Compassion week Service Fest that is honoring the memory of Fethullah Gulen this year.

We are going to prepare fleece blankets for shelters, hygiene kits for unhoused neighbors, backpacks for school prep at transitional services, pillow cases and bracelets for unhoused youth. We warmly invite our community from all ages to join us to serve and remember the ideals of Gulen. Please rsvp for blankets and hygiene kits prep and welcome to stop by other stations for help.
