Thanksgiving Friendship Dinner Enver Community Center
The Enver Community Center in Fair Oaks hosted a Thanksgiving Friendship Dinner that brought together community members, friends, and representatives of the interfaith community.
The evening included a shared Thanksgiving meal, prayers for peace, and a gratitude-sharing session in which participants reflected on what they were thankful for. These moments of reflection emphasized shared values of compassion, unity, and mutual respect.
The musical program was led by Rabbi Tsvi Bar-David and featured Jewish and Muslim musicians performing spiritual songs in multiple languages, accompanied by musical instruments. The interfaith collaboration through music added a meaningful and uplifting dimension to the gathering.
The event fostered friendship, interfaith understanding, and strengthened bonds across cultures and faith traditions.
