Halloween Joy at Family Supportive Housing
BAYCC volunteers brought the Halloween spirit to Family Supportive Housing with a day filled with fun, laughter, and connection. On the evening of Friday, October 24, a dedicated team of volunteers visited the center to decorate the space with colorful balloons, pumpkins, spider webs, and festive Halloween touches.
Volunteers were genuinely grateful for the opportunity to spend the day with the children and their families—sharing warmth, laughter, and the spirit of compassion that lies at the heart of BAYCC.
The celebration took place the next morning, on Saturday, October 25, beginning with a cheerful breakfast served to families and setting a joyful tone for the day ahead. More than 40 children joined in the fun, enjoying games, face painting, costumes, and creative Halloween activities. Their smiles and excitement filled the room, reminding us how small acts of care can brighten hearts and strengthen our sense of community.
