We are delighted to report that an Iftar Dinner was held on April 6th, 2023, which brought together the CIC Chaplains and BAYCC Community Center members. The event, attended by approximately 35 people, commenced with an inspiring recitation of the Quran and a brief overview of the collaboration between SVHOH and CIC Chaplaincy. Over the two-and-a-half-hour gathering, attendees engaged in stimulating conversations before the fast was broken. 

As the moment for Athan drew near, one of the Muslim Chaplains called the faithful to prayer, signaling the end of the day’s fast. Following a sumptuous dinner, most chaplains seized the opportunity to share their thoughts and feelings about the event. This remarkable Iftar Dinner not only facilitated the coming together of diverse individuals but also nurtured a sense of unity and camaraderie among the chaplains and guests, further reinforcing the bond between SVHOH and CIC Chaplaincy.
